Official Bio. Julia Kleinfeld
Julia Kleinfeld specialises in therapeutic yoga for low back pain and stress relief. In addition to regular yoga classes, themed workshops, and private sessions, she also teaches laughter yoga which is a fun and effective practice to strengthen the immune system.
After practicing for almost 10 years, she initially studied yoga in India under the guidance of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. In 2017 she returned to India to complete an advanced 500-hour yoga teacher training in which she deepened her on-going research into yoga and low back pain. Julia believes that every body is unique and has individual needs, and thus encourages the use of props and suggests individual modifications in her classes. In this way she gently facilitates her clients to challenge themselves and advance at their own pace, no matter where they are in their practice at an given time.
Julia is also a certified level 2 practitioner of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. When she’s not teaching yoga or seeing private clients, you’ll probably find her taking a stroll on Dun Laoghaire pier in Dublin.
