Boost your immune system
A gentle yoga practice will focus on the respiratory system to boost the immune system. We will use yoga movements (asana) as well as breathing exercises (pranayama) and guided meditation to activate health in lungs, thyroid and thymus glands as well as the vagus nerve (the main nerve to activate a relaxation response in the body).
Create more space to meet yourself and others with more compassion. The cold time of winter often causes us to turn inwards and withdraw – physically and mentally. A quiet time of reflection – that is often not given enough time. This workshop will give you time to reflect, discover your own needs and how to take care of yourself in winter. Being more present with yourself and others.
