How to cancel or re-schedule?

If you have to cancel or want to re-schedule, please get in touch as soon as possible via mail or phone.

Life can happen

I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In my desire to be fair to all of my clients, the following policies apply:

Late arrival

In case you arrive late to your appointment, I will still need to end the session at the scheduled time, which means your session will unfortunately be a little shorter.

Tip: To be on the safe side, aim to arrive a 5 minutes earlier – this will allow you a more relaxed start into your session.


If for whatever reason you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, this will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged the full amount for your appointment. Why? Because I will have rented out a space, prepared your session, and blocked anyone else to schedule this time.

Tip: If you know you won’t make an appointment, get in touch with me early to re-schedule.

Late cancellation (less than 24hr in advance)

If you have to cancel your appointment less than 24hr in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Why? Because by then I won’t be able to cancel renting the room, I will have prepared your session, and I blocked anyone else to schedule this time.

Tip: If you spontaneously can’t make it to your appointment, you can send a friend / family member to avail of the appointment instead. That way you don’t have to pay a cancellation fee.
