Weekly Yoga Classes in Dublin
- 7.45 – 8.45pm – Yoga Level 1 (YogaRoom, Ballsbridge)
- 6.15 – 7.30pm – Gentle Yoga for Spinal Health (Clonlea, Blackrock) – restarting on September 2019 (text to book space)
- 7.30pm – 8.40pm – Restorative Yoga (YogaRoom, Ballsbridge)
