Weekly Yoga Classes in Dublin

Tuesdays

  • 7.30 – 8.30am – Corporate Yoga 
  • 5.40 – 6.50pm  Gentle Mindfulness Yoga (YogaRoom, Ballsbridge)

Wednesdays

  • 7.00 – 8.00am  Morning Yoga (Essence of Yoga, Dun Laoghaire) – starting 16th May 2018
  • 7.45 – 8.45pm  Yoga Level 1 (YogaRoom, Ballsbridge)

Thursdays

  • 1.10 – 2.00pm  – Lunchtime Yoga (Dublin Holistic Center, City Centre)
  • 6.00 – 7.15pm  Gentle Yoga for Spinal Health (Clonlea, Blackrock) – starting 12th April 2018

Fridays

  • 7.30 – 9pm – Restorative Yoga (Essence of Yoga, Dun Laoghaire) – starting 4th May 2018

Saturdays
